2. What data we process
This website is a static information site without user accounts, without tracking and without cookies. We process personal data in two cases only: the technical delivery of the page by our hosting provider (server log files, see section 4) and when you actively contact us by email.
- No registration and no user accounts
- No analytics or tracking tools (no Google Analytics, no tracking pixels)
- No cookies
- No third-party services embedded: all fonts, images and scripts are loaded from our own server
Contact by email
This website contains no contact form. Contact is made solely through an email link that opens your own email program. No data is transmitted to or stored on our web server in the process. If you write to us, we process the details you send (your name, your email address and the content of your message) solely to handle your enquiry and to initiate a business relationship. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence).
Retention period
We keep your enquiry only for as long as it is needed to handle it and for any business relationship that may follow. If no business relationship arises, we delete the correspondence no later than twelve months after the last contact, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Processing in the USA (third-country transfer)
The controller is based in the United States of America. Data you send us is therefore processed in the USA, a third country without a general adequacy decision by the EU Commission for all processing. The transfer is based on Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR (necessity for pre-contractual measures at your request). We apply the principles of the GDPR to this data (Art. 3(2) GDPR) and do not pass it on to third parties.
3. Cookies and local storage
This website sets no cookies, neither our own nor third-party ones. A cookie banner is therefore not required. Your language and display choice is stored in your browser's localStorage (keys conqr_lang and conqr_mode), and only after you actively select it. It is strictly necessary to provide this function you requested and is therefore exempt from consent under Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG. The data is stored solely on your device, is never transmitted to our servers and can be deleted at any time via your browser settings.
4. Hosting
This website is hosted by STRATO AG, Pascalstrasse 10, 10587 Berlin, Germany. When you visit this website, the hosting provider may automatically collect and store information in server log files that your browser transmits, including:
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Referrer URL
- IP address
- Time of the server request
This data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in the security and stability of the hosting infrastructure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). STRATO AG processes this data on our behalf as a processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR. The servers are located in Germany.
5. Self-hosted fonts and images
All fonts, images and scripts used on this website are loaded from our own server. No connections to external services are established (such as Google Fonts or content delivery networks). Visiting this page transmits no data to third parties.
6. Artificial intelligence on this website
No AI system is operated on this website. There is no chatbot, no automated decision-making and no profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence therefore creates no transparency obligations under Article 50 for this website.
Transparency note: the text and design of this website were produced with the support of AI tools and were editorially reviewed and approved before publication. Should an AI element be added to the site in future, such as a chatbot, this policy will be updated accordingly.
